Daniel Cohen is an experienced and accomplished trial attorney who feels at home in the courtroom. Mr. Cohen has successfully represented hundreds of people charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses.

He has defended people charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), Driving While Intoxicated Due to Drugs (DWI), narcotic/drug offenses, as well as assault, robbery, and theft offenses.

Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with High Distinction and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He attended McGeorge School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Legal Education Endowment Fund Scholarship, and was on the Dean's Honor Roll. He Passed the California Bar on his first attempt.

Mr. Cohen formerly worked as a prosecutor, but has devoted most of his career to defending people charged with criminal offenses. His offices are located in La Mesa, California, which is in San Diego County. He handles cases in all of the San Diego Superior Courts and appears in most other courts in Southern California.
